Located on a maintained/plowed road for easy access all year and a short drive to all that Big Bear Mountain has to offer.

We want you to feel like our home is your mountain home. We have made the space comfortable for a large family or adults looking to get out of town together. Level 2 EV car charger. Game room/Bunk room has 4 custom built-in Bunk beds where each full size bed has a privacy curtain and space for even adults to have the highest level of comfort on an adult trip or plenty of sleeping for families with children. Indoor Basketball and over sized toys. A Jetted spa in private backyard, Pack n Play crib, kids dishes, high chair, toys and movies to keep little ones comfortable too. Feel safe with our exterior only security camera system, covering the perimeter of the home and property. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do and return again and again!

Other Details to Note

Easy parking for up to 5 vehicles in front of house with one level 2 EV car charger. Exceeding max. occupancy or having more than 5 vehicles is in violation of short term rental permit in San Bernardino County and will result in city/county fines with immediate termination of rental with no refund.

The house is set far back on the lot with lots of space before reaching the main road. Great free local transportation with the Big Bear Trolly red line to the Village and directly to Stater Bros.

Guest Access

You will sole access to the property and home. If you're concerned about driving in the snow or finding parking, This is where you want to be. We're on a county maintained/plowed road and the house is located right on the Big Bear Red Line with a stop just across the street. This route is free for all riders. Whether you’re a local or visitor. The Red Line Trolley runs from The Village at Knickerbocker Rd to Erwin Lake with a stop at Stater Bros. plus other stops and returns to each stop every 30 minutes.

The homes was as described! Enough space to host an 8 person group without feeling too tight! Everything was clean and the play room was a big hit!!! Thank you for having us, we definitely want to return.

I searched for a long time for a place that was one level for my parents, with enough room for my young kids. This house fit our needs perfectly and the host is amazing! We’ll definitely be staying here each time we stay at Big Bear!

This place really is the perfect family getaway. The host is great with communication and the home is beautiful with many carefully thought out details that you don’t see at other airbnbs. It’s a large home with plenty of room for families, and gatherings. There are a variety of games to use, amenities and the space has plenty of room for meals, socializing and parking multiple vehicles. It’s a short distance to the village or lake and stores. For us, this was a great spot for our annual family gathering and we absolutely would stay there again. If you are wondering if this is the place for you, it definitely is! You will enjoy it as much as we did.

What an awesome place! Highly recommend especially if you have kids. Bunk beds and games in the kids room were amazing! The kids were so stoked when we got there and they saw the setup. The rest of the house was beautiful also. Bathrooms are awesome with the showers and luxury feel. Location is 10 minutes to the OHV trails we went to as well as 10 minutes to Big Bear Lake. Great location! We would definitely stay here again.
