Step into a spacious, single-story farmhouse designed with an open-concept layout perfect for groups. The split floor plan offers privacy, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on each side of the central living space. Living Area: Relax on comfortable leather sofas and enjoy the large flat-screen TV. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from quick breakfasts to large family dinners. With GE appliances, gas stove/oven and microwave and several small appliances like the Forman Grill, CrockPot, rice cooker, mixer, blender, Keurig coffee pod machine, Mr Coffee all to make life easier Bedrooms & Game Room: Four bedrooms, including a fun zone with two sets of built-in double-sized bunk beds and giant-sized toys. A detailed floor plan is available in the photo gallery. Thee of the bedrooms have large flat screen TV's with Roku built-in. Convenience: High-speed WiFi and an in-unit washer and dryer are included. Outdoor Oasis: Your private, cedar-fenced yard includes a jetted hot tub, a cozy fire pit, and a BBQ grill for memorable meals. Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom home, the private fenced yard, and all amenities on the property, including the hot tub and game room. Enjoy a seamless arrival with our easy self-check-in process. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to your stay. We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in experience. While we will not be present at the property during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the booking platform messenger.

Pet-Friendly: We are happy to welcome your furry friends! All guests must provide pet information through our partner, BetterPet Passport, prior to arrival. Please note that a few breeds are restricted. Winter Travel: Big Bear often experiences snow and ice. While our road is plowed, tire chains may be required by law during storms. House Rules

City & County wide quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM please respect our Nieghbors. Our spa is professional cleaned & treated after every guest, for your maximum enjoyment. Unclip all four locking spa safety straps, before lifting or push the cover. The spa has two pop arms on the back to hold the spa cover in a safe and clean space. Spa cover must be keep on this rack when using the spa. Use only plastic glasses around the spa. Dog must registered in reservation with pet fee., followed by a pic of the current dog license. at least 2 weeks prior to stay. Out of respect for our future guests, please keep the dog off the furniture and bedding. Love and respect our home and it was yours. We ask all of our guest to please ensure your check out is completed at the stated check-out time on your reservation. We may have guesses check-in on the same day, we have no time to spare to get the house cleaned and sanitized for our next guests. We what you and your guests to enjoy our home with respect, have an amazing time and make incredible memories to keep for a lifetime. Our VRBO guests security deposit is already built into there system. Other booking platforms do not address this, so an addition $300 security deposit will be collect through our software service, to cover any incident damages or missing items. This is collected two days prior to your check-in with an authorization hold and automatically cancelled (the credit hold) 48 hours have your check-out, After we confirm everything in the home is, as it was when you checked-in. We take extensive photos at each check-out and again after the cleaning is completed, To maintain our records and current conditions.

It was designed intentionally for families — bunk room, games, bikes, fenced yard, kid amenities. 3. Winter convenience: county plowed road + free trolley stop on our street. Add in the hot tub, EV charger, parking for 5, and premium bedding — and you have a rare combination of comfort, convenience, and space in Big Bear.

Guest Access

You will have sole access to the property and home. If you're concerned about driving in the snow or finding parking, This is where you want to be. We're on a county maintained/plowed road and the house is located right on the Big Bear Red Line with a stop just across the street. This route is free for all riders. Whether you’re a local or visitor. The Red Line Trolley runs from The Village at Knickerbocker Rd to Erwin Lake with a stop at Stater Bros. plus other stops and returns to each stop every 30 minutes.

This place was awesome! My family and I went for my mother’s 65th birthday and it was perfect. It is definitely family friendly, the kids had a blast and the kids room had so much entertainment for them. The location is great too just 10 minutes away from grocery stores but there’s also small convenience stores all around. Toiletries were provided which was great. The backyard is also perfect for entertaining. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this host and overall this home. Mandy was beyond helpful leading up to the reservation days and during our stay. The house is very nice, clean and cozy. Well stocked with everything you need for a weekend stay.
